The Bizrate Circle of Excellence recognizes online retailers that maintain a dedication to delivering an outstanding customer experience. Retailers represent the top 5.8 percent of Bizrate’s North American network and include businesses that achieve loyal customer bases through their practices and business policies. Furthermore, annual winners represent the top 2 percent of participating Bizrate Insight retailers.

Recipients are determined through a customer rating system that examines customer satisfaction scores over a one-year period. The rating system also takes into account retailer scores according to Bizrate’s seven metrics of customer service, which comprise four point-of-sale metrics and three post-order-fulfillment metrics. Only retailers that receive a rating of 9 or higher are considered for the award.

Ministry Ideaz sells a wide range of ministry items for Jehovah’s Witnesses. Focused on customer satisfaction, Ministry Ideaz works to ensure shoppers receive the items they want, free of damage or defects. As such, the company sets forth a simple return process.

If the item that arrives is defective, damaged from the shipping process, or a product that the customer did not order, Ministry Ideaz will cover the cost of shipping a replacement product and returning the unwanted item. Further, customers can initiate a return if they decide they no longer want the item or accidentally purchased the wrong product, as long as the item they are returning remains in unused, resalable condition. In these instances, the customer is responsible for both return shipping and the shipping cost for a new product, if applicable. The company will issue a refund or store credit, depending on customer preference.

To diminish the possibility of miscommunication, Ministry Ideaz only accepts Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) requests in writing via email. Order returns cannot be processed over the phone, and all customers returning an item must go through the RMA process before a returned item can be accepted. Different terms, including specific time limits, apply to each return situation, thus it is important to contact the company as soon as a problem is identified.
